We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all deliveries within the United Kingdom. This service provides reliable, trackable delivery, ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
We also offer Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for an extra cost, with guaranteed next-day delivery.
Delivery Times
Processing Time: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Royal Mail Special Delivery will be delivered the next business day, guaranteed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery costs £3.99. We apply this charge at checkout, and it is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Special Delivery: Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery costs £8.99 for orders requiring next-business-day guaranteed delivery.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders over £50. The free delivery offer will be automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the specified threshold.
Delivery Areas
We only deliver within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, it will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail Tracked tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery status on the Royal Mail website.
